In-Game Event Items Equippable All The Time?

is it possible to equip and display the in-game event items constantly? i thought it possible on the servers, at least some time in the past. currently they don't show in-game when equipped. but i've seen it on other servers and i really miss it. it would be a great feature to have.

with in-game event items i mean something like this:

the grand duchess fairy wings or

the unknown monkeyaut

As far as I know there Must be something like tf_forced_holiday 2 in The server cfg to enable Halloween Mode. This makes The hats and miscs visible.

Honestly, I wish I could have my Princess Heavy outfit on all year round, but alas, I can only use it as Haloween/full moon.

Yeah. I am tired of all the gibus players. We should make Halloween Mode on to get some Pumpkin Players in, too
