I arrived on the server amidst a mass argument. I had a player provide me with over an hour of evidence of what had been happening. In short jonathan was doing the following on a pretty much minute by minute basis:
Racism
Trolling
Disruption
He was also doing the following less frequently
Mic spam
Excessive bad language
Autism trolling

Ban result:
7 day ban. If he can't learn to control himself on our servers in future then I'd recommend a permanent ban next time around.
I have posted this for future reference if he is a problem on our servers again.

I am a regular in your payload servers (see my stat sheet: http://stats.lotuscl...yerinfo/1552789)
Today I encountered a very deep form of hatred / racism that I do not appreciate.
I have not included a demo, but I have included 1 screenshot of the vulgarity and another of the steam ids.
If you search the server logs between 9:00PM and 9:30PM CST you'll find a ton of rascist remarks that do not deserve repeating.
As a person that enjoys playing in your servers every day, I ask that you please ban the two ignorant players I have requested.
