Battle Pack Stumped Me!

Hi, I got this game today in a gamepack. As always the first thing I do is update my game. My current version is 1.02. I have tried to install the comprehensive battle pack 3, and the incrementals for 2 and 3 as well as the 1.011 patch (even though it is outdated. I cannot find a working link to battle pack 1 however.

My problem is that none of these patches work, from viewing various files I understand that the game goes to version 1.50 - thus I'm not up to date. But when trying to install I get the error about old file not found.

I have also searched the achive forums but the site does not seem to be working, any advice would be appreciated.

ok i'll help you out...

First re-install battle realms.

Then download and extract the comprehensive battle packs 1-3 (only this one) I think it is around 13.4 mb. Give me your e-mail if you can find it.

After *if* your game is burned then there is a crack for 1.50q and if you need it just give me your e-mail address.

I think this should do it.

Hi, thanx for the swift reply. Unfortunatly re-installing and trying the comprehensive patch did not work, I tried the patch from two different sites. My game is an original, so its not a problem with crack or so.

Really clueless about this one, any other ideas?

uninstall the game and after is uninstall then go to my compute, your hard drive, then program files, and delete the folder liquid entertaiment. after you done with that install the game download the patch. and i think it will work..

Anybody would like to reinstall the game and just give him the exectuable file? Then he would be able to upgrade...

No I'm afraid reinstalling and patching does not work. I have tried every patch even though I only need battle packs 2 + 3 to go from 1.02 to 1.50.

I will try once more, else I guess I will just have to live with it as is.

If someone would give you the starting executable of the game from the real CD that is not patched (I assume the one in your gamepack is patched as it does not need the cd?) you could easily use the battlepacks.

I think you are right in your assessment that it is a Executable problem, for some strange reason. If noone is able to help I will try to get Wotw of the Download on Fileshack once I have bandwidth again.

When i reinstalled windows XP SP2, i got same problem with the original game . I found 1 solution :WOTW , and now my game running
