Ban Appeal

Hello, I'd like to start off by stating I've been playing on Lotus servers for over a year now and would do nothing to jeopardize the purity of my account history.

On August 7th, 2013, a ban was delivered to my Steam ID in the presence of an admin (AverageComputerGuy). During my playtime, which I believe was around 4PM EST (roughly), I mainly gardened as soldier with the rocket jumper. (This was on the Lotus 24/7 Hightower Server)

Some time while I was on, a player who goes by the name of Typicial Black Gamer began to accuse me of hacking; I playfully went along with this end startut telkin lik diz two enshur i wus n0t teken srsli. This was prior to the presence of an admin. Later on he called an admin to the server, AverageComputerGuy, and started accusing me of being the one to call him in. AverageComputerGuy understood I was not the one who called him in and questioned Black Gamer, at which point he left.

It is note worthy to state that I 'may' have claimed to using hacks by saying "ya i us3 eimb0t on rokit jumpar airshot noscopez" (not exactly like this but you get the idea). I understand it is a foolish thing to say while an admin is on, and I sincerely hope this was not one, if any, of the valid reasons why my account was banned.

Black Gamer later rejoined while AverageComputerGuy was still spectating; I assume it was me he was spectating to ensure I was not actually hacking. (I was still a jumper)

At this point I got tired of playing; I believe I kept playing along with his false accusations in a playful manner. A while later I called a votekick on myself, something people do a lot on the Hightower server when they're tired of playing; it may be kind of dumb but whatever, it's like tradition on there. Nevertheless, people stacked their votes up against me, as I wanted, and I was votekicked (reason: aimbot), which again, I have never used on any Lotus server.

At this point I just exit TF2, but here's what I assumed what happened.

The admin saw that I was votekicked for aimbotting.

Players such as Black Gamer, 5perm, and Gray Fox vouched for it. (TAKE NOTE THIS IS A COMPLETE ASSUMPTION WHICH I BASE ONLY ON PAST ENCOUNTERS WITH THESE PLAYERS AND HOW MUCH I KNOW THEY HATE ME) (IN NO WAY AM I SAYING THEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED)

AverageComputerGuy delivered the ban because after all the complaints he had gotten he just went with it and said I was hacking.

Furthermore I'd like to state the reason for the ban; it goes as follows (Reason: Aimbot, Wallhacks(?))

Because he put a question mark after wallhacks, it leads me to believe some players also accused me of wallhacking; AverageComputerGuy may have received the complaint after the kick, piling on to the reasons why he should ban me. (Complete Assumption)

I sincerely hope this unrightful ban is lifted off of my Steam ID (STEAM_0:0:41762550) and proper demos are reviewed.

Sorry for not having the "screenshots of the time in Console after my ban", but I only realized I was banned the day after. (I left after being votekicked and had no idea what was going on in the server)

I'm not requesting punishment for false accusation if that's what you're thinking, I'd just like to appeal the ban on my account.

After talking with Darwin about this, it just seems that you have a high DPI and are lucky.
