Even if someone is roaming on that forum, he probably is just quickly checking threads, so I´d say put it directly in title: "Make Hero as unusual" or smth like that. Second, change.org is good idea, but why stop there? Spam it all over the place. I´m sure Valve has Facebook, Twitter and what not. Also http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/ The more people see it, the more will react... word of mouth works great on internet. Raffle is your choice, but always ask to share the link/thread/whatever you´ll have.
