Buying Strange Weapons - New premium account

Hi, I just got Premium account yesterday, I bought some Keys and know I'm searching for some Strange Weapons (especially Scattergun, Rocket Launcher and Pyro weapons)

Does anyone have something for me ? If someone have some advice with trading, I'm interested. too .. I'm new in this so I don't really know where to go to buy strange weapons ^^'

But I don't really understand what they call "ref" etc ... For example, with one Mann Co Crate Key, what can I have ?
(I'm looking for strange weapons like Scattergun, Rocket Launcher or Pyro Weps)

One MannCo Key is worth about 7ref (Last time I checked)

1 ref is one Refined Metal or 3 reclaimed metal

0.33 ref is one Reclaimed Metal or 3 scrap

0.11 is one scrap Metal.

Most Stranges are probably worth less than a Key, but some rare Stranges, from salvaged crates, are worth several keys.

I use tf2outpost.com for trading, it's pretty popular.

I'm no big trader, but I'm a Stranges and Hat whore so I can help you with that. :]

SteamGuard happens. It'll send you a code to your email and you have to enter it in. Than it lets you.
