...and badly.

Having a 22 ping, I've been basically teleporting around, even after a "map change".

Same goes for other people, too.

Check your lerp.

Type net_graph 1 in the console. If lerp is flashing yellow, it means it's a server side problem.

I tracked the problem down to vphysics at IVP_U_Quat::set_interpolate_smoothly(IVP_U_Quat const*, IVP_U_Quat const*, double)


I sent Eric Smith a dump 5 days ago.

 

EDIT: Update

We have a fix for this that we'll release with the next TF2 update. The problem we found was specifically related to item_teamflag entities (CTF maps and maps that use a custom entity like MvM, and SD_Doomsday).
