Darklune 0 #1 Posted November 10, 2006 Dear Everyone! I?m writing to let you all know that I am leaving Lotus, not that I was ever an official member to begin with. But I?m actually going over to the Avatar Angels, who are just starting out. Their URL is: Deleted, Please dont advertise other clans - Trikz I was contacted by one of the council members, literally, within seconds via MSN. As I said before, they are just starting out in DMoM&M but have been around for a while and have a focus that is aimed more at friendship and solidarity rather than super competitiveness; which I do not have time for and know that some others may not as well. Also, they say skill is good to have too, but I know everyone here has some of that, so it really goes without saying. Anyways, that?s all I?ll say about that except for that I hope to see a few of you there as well. And if I don?t, I look forward to fighting you in the future and hope that it will be with honour. Also, I will still hang around the forums here from time to time, so I?ll probably still see you. Aufwiedersehen,

Junnio 0 #5 Posted November 12, 2006 :'( that sucks... Is there a possibility to be active on the angels' forum but keep being in this clan?
Kartabon 0 #6 Posted November 12, 2006 I liked to play with you friend. Good luck in your new guild...
Junnio 0 #7 Posted November 14, 2006 yeah, good luck and have fun I hope I will still meet you on fun nights when there is another one
Trikz 0 #8 Posted November 14, 2006 If you are leaving this clan dont try bring others with you, if are that type of person do it properly and over MSN or something please, Because you leaving like this and the comments you made gives you a bad name because slagging a clan off as you leave is the lowest and most pethetic thing someone could do TBH. Bye etc.
Sars! 0 #9 Posted November 15, 2006 ^^ I'm gone too! I had enough of this clan, though I really liked my time here. Many shitty clans out there though. You know, bad leaders, unactive, ... etc... What makes a clan a good clan? Nothing! There are no good clans, just to let you guys know! Had many experience with CoD2 and I found out, that it's best to change clans every now and then. Please do NOT come to AvA and just stay in this clan... I'm sure you guys will have a nice time together:p Grtz, Sars!
Dunkelheyt 0 #10 Posted November 15, 2006 oh yeah, SK, 4K etc. are soo bad clans
Dark Killer 0 #11 Posted November 15, 2006 what makes a clan good? succes, skill, good management, friendship you are right that it may be necessary to change clan from time to time but only when it brings you further but that short after the release there is no real ladder (so we have a chance to kick ass ) should some pro-clan decide to open a dm squad i'll try to get in contact with them for sure.... (as long as they are not worse than we are)

(as long as they are not worse than we are) 1552 Yeah I will do exactly the same. This clan doesn't really have a good management. Well I would manage the whole euro member 'squad' - if we had a euro server. But noo..
Sars! 0 #13 Posted November 15, 2006 Euro server will never come. And besides, men are the most selfish things on earth. I understand every point of view very well, though, I'm also waiting for a good clan, and in the meanwhile, I'll keep switching. I hope I find what I'm looking for at AvA! Though there's a small chance... I was never lucky with these sort of things. Grtz, Sars!
Dunkelheyt 0 #14 Posted November 15, 2006 You won't get a 'pro' in AvA, believe me. I was in this clan ~3 years myself.
Sars! 0 #15 Posted November 16, 2006 If you were there for 3 years, it MUST BE a good clan! Grtz, Sars!
Dunkelheyt 0 #16 Posted November 16, 2006 If you were there for 3 years, it MUST BE a good clan!Grtz, Sars! 1556 It actually wasn't. I played Legends of Might and Magic a very long time [for about 5 years now?!], well, since the beta. I was in a couple of clans in this game, and I had the best expierence in YLL. I stayed in this clan even longer then in AvA [Well my actual time there was maybe about 2 years, if you count the first time I joined them.] YLL was a great clan. I found many friends there, my best friend of the internet, too. It was the firendliest clan I've been in ever. We were skilled but not like the uber pros. We just had a good friendship. We have beaten several clans in Lomm, but we never were the 'best'. Well in DMOMM I want to be the best. AND I want to fiend many good friends here too. Too bad Darklune has left us already, he was like my best friend here. Dark Killer is a good friend too. Well, I don't think we can get a good clan if everybody hates everyone. We should have a good cooperation. IMO we shouldn't take any more members for now. Let's just get known to each other and build up a good friendship. After that we can 'grow'. You know, we should have sometihng like a basic component at first. Hmm I hope you all could understand what I mean. No friendship in the clan = bad clan Long story short: Let's jst all get good friends, and after that, we should concentrate to recruit more members. This would also make the 'OMFG WE NEED TEH EURO SERVER11!' thingy easier.
Sars! 0 #17 Posted November 17, 2006 Lol, A american clan, with american leader, and only European members. QTFHAX! Well, build your friendship in here, I will do it in AvA. Though, I'll hang round the forums sumtimes too Grtz, Sars!
Junnio 0 #18 Posted November 17, 2006 ok, good thing. I actually joined this clan because all of former void-members did. Then the question is why I joined void... well, cuz it was the only clan that said: PRO clan, a 'be the best'-attitude etc... Well, I hope I am in the right clan now but if time tells me that this isn't what I'm looking for, I will also leave. No fun being in a clan that you don't like, even if it is a rlly pro clan
Sars! 0 #19 Posted November 18, 2006 Same reason(s) as JuNnIo here. I know AvA isn't a pro clan, but well, Lotus isn't either. Though, I really liked it here, I didn't like the leader. And in ALL the previous clans I've EVER been in, I was really close with the leader. Another reason is that we weren't active at all. If you wanted to play a game with someone, you needed to contact him/her personally (I'm also experiencing this at AvA, though I have contact with DarkLune more often there). I hope my clanning future will bring me to a good, fun, and friendly clan, because now, all is just screwed up. I see a lot of potential in AvA, because they just started with a DMoMM section, and they were able to keep the LoMM section up for a long time. Another good clan, seems to be the WWRTF clan. But, I would never know if I don't try. For the moment I'm just staying at AvA, and I'll see what the future brings. Greetings, Sars!
Junnio 0 #20 Posted November 21, 2006 plz stay active on the board sars, I rlly like ur posts
