Admin abuse at Turbine 2

Hello, I have been playing on your Lotus servers for quite a long while now, and I must say I love them.  That is until an abusive admin named Phoenix Down Syndrome started playing there i'd say about last week. In all my time playing on your servers I have caused no trouble, been in no trouble, and just have had a great experience all the while. Once this individual started playing in my favorite one of your servers, the Turbine fast spawn, nothing but trouble has occurred. Not just for me, but for many people playing on your server. He kicks for no reason at all, bans PERMANENTLY for "disrespect" which in fact is just rage in the chat, not even directed toward any individual. Then after another admin reduced my ban for a day I got banned for another day for again, blowing steam in chat. While this was happening there was an obvious hacker in the server and he just lets that all go because hes too busy getting on my case over chat. He super vigilant about disrespect yet, does it more than anyone I have ever seen before. He is a terrible and hypocritical admin undeserving of his position. Then today, a few minutes ago, I was kicked yet again for telling him that his bans are unfair and unjust.  I joined again and did your "!calladmin" command because I am completely sick of his bullshit, and I wanted to talk with a real admin about this. Before one arrived, I was banned for I don't know how long, for "Evading". What I wish for is to be unbanned, and come back to not exactly a Phoenix free Turbine, but an Admin-Free Phoenix if you please. Thank you for reading this have a wonderful day.

I am glad that you took my advice and joined the forums. I'm not sure which player you are, so I'll do a catch-all.

As an update to that, I will add that since his initial ban expired, he and a friend of his have continuously disrespected and harassed me at every opportunity. Each time I ask someone to calm down or cease abusing a glitch/system, they start ranting about how I am in the wrong and I shouldn't be an admin. Fair enough. I have been far more than lenient with them regarding this, as I haven't taken action against them until tonight. I'd finally had enough when Josh told a person that I was speaking to in chat to "stop kissing his ass". (Unfortunately, no screenshot of this as my blood was pumping at that point.)

Let's just say that I can't count on one hand how many times this behavior has happened.

 

With that, I'd like to stress that I've been incredibly easy on them up until this point. There is a reason he's the only ban outside of a hacker that I've enforced. Josh, Diabetes, Please let all of this serve as a lesson. Don't break the rules and things like this can be avoided.

I'd like to say that no rules have been broken what so ever, by me or my friend. Secondly, yes, why wouldn't I say that after I had just been banned permanently for no reason at all. And you say "Challenging Authority" in one of the bans and why wouldn't I challenge unfair bans/kicks. We have harassed you exactly 0 times and I have many regulars, like myself, on the server who agree you are the one who is harassing. So I ask that you, not even a staff member, stop being the ban-happy Gustapo of Turbine #2.

Sorry, I didn't realize that saying "you cant ban me because you dont like me" was "disrespectful" and "challenging authority". Anyway, you never told me or anyone to "stop abusing a glitch/system". I didn't know that having no control over what pose I'm in was grounds for a kick. I have broken 0 rules between the time that you started taking up space in the server until recently. You say that we harass you "at every opportunity" and yet you're the one that said "you get mad when your boyfriend gets banned" or something along the lines. I didn't get a screenshot because at that point my blood was pumping. I actually thought that was hilarious and was too busy laughing to care. You also say that we "rant about how you shouldn't be admin" but we both know that isn't true.

I would like to say thank you for making the post. We always take every complaint seriously.

 

After review, I have come to the following conclusion.

 

1. I did not see any ban related to Jo or diabetes in our ban database. Most likely it has expired by now. So you're free to rejoin our server(s).

2. Please be respectful to our admins, they're here to keep our servers clean. I will not tolerate harassment in any form. Nor will I tolerate harassment from our admins either.

3. We are currently lacking enough evidence to support either claim. As such I cannot make a decision in either of your favor.

4. If this happens again (Jo, diabetes, Arakvar), provide a demo of what has happened. This will make irrefutable proof for your claims. Hearsay, words are not enough in this case.
