Halloween disabled on Lotus Clan Servers

Thought someone else would notice this sooner. Was perusing around yesterday and saw that tfh_halloween was set to 0 on most of the LC servers. wat do?

I believe that Lotus is using a plugin to turn Halloween on without changing that variable. (Not quite sure how the plugin works; but I believe that's what it does)

Halloween items were working last night on the servers I was on, are they not anymore?

Might just be me, but I haven't been able to see or use halloween items/effects on any servers other than the event servers for about a week.

Would the fact that the health isn't standard suggest that its working for me?

The health packs are indeed different, but halloween items still can't be equipped.

I made some changes to the way we enable halloween items. Should work on all servers now.*
