Reason:
Wallhacks.  Several people claimed he knew where they were before he saw them, he claimed it was just good guessing and skill.  I spec'ed him for quite a while.  Towards the end of the demo, it obviously happened twice.  He was aiming directly at someone before he turned the corner; one for a scout in the intel, once for a pyro in the entrance.

Notable points in the demo:
Tick 23000.  He is obviously aiming at the scout in the intel long before he sees him.
Tick 25100.  He walks down spiral, and is aimed at the demo before he sees him.
Tick 31000.  He is aimed at a pyro behind 2 walls.  Lol  This is when I knew without a doubt he was hacking.
