Team created, now not sure how I can invite people or how people can joinxD

It easy: rightmouseclick on the players name in the right corner of the screen (where you can see what hero they are playing, if they are idle or whatever). In the pop up menu it says: invite for team"...."

funny to see you praise me much, hopefuly my first samples are up to your expectations! 

I was told the mines of some certain heroes was a signature pick, so i was asked to get it into the design, hopefully y'all like it!

Feel free to give me your prefered changes you may want to see for comparison or anything else!

As an outsider i think the 1st and second are nice.. I was also going to suggest being idiots and actually putting "team" in the teams name.. go for "Team Lotus Clan" but you got trolls now which is probably closer to the truth. someone should contact cloud strife as he has an epic amount of hours in the game.
