Unban request for holy goat and ralph the frog

Hello - I went to play TF2 with my son the other day and found out that we are both banned from ALL Lotus Clan servers?  The last server we both played on was the Turbine New Jersey server (we are from NJ).   I have no idea why we were banned from the server as we played together for a few rounds the last time we played together.  We just recently tried to play again with him and we both received a message saying we were banned.  

 

Is there a way to tell the reason for being banned?   Either way, I am asking if we can both be unbanned as we enjoy playing together on that server.   We both have a great connection and have met some nice people there.

Good evening... or whatever time it is in your place.

 

The ban was issued on Ralph for LMAOBOX spam. Cheat advertising is nothing we consider to be okay, and especially LMAOBOX has a nice self-advertising feature, so we ban on sight as it might as well be a hacker.

 

As for holy goat, well, connected accounts, and therefore banned as alt.

Thank you for the information.   I want to apologize for my son's behavior.. had I known what that actually meant, I would have told him to stop doing that.  I can assure you, we do not use hacks or believe he doesn't even know how to do that. 

 

I would appreciate it if you can take into consideration of unbanning us so we can play on the Lotus Clan servers again.

After some consideration, i've decided to lift the ban. It's been more than a month, and i guess you're going to have a talk with your son.

 

It might take a map change on the server, but you should be able to play again on our servers after that.
