Fitness challenge and free stuff.

Recommended Posts

I like Maria Kang, and I'm participating in her 3-month fitness challenge (no, it's not just for moms).  It started on 8/31, but you can still join in as late as 9/10.  Anyone want to participate with me?  It's a $20 entry fee, and the winners split the pot.  I started off with 3-mile runs and daily strength training, and after just 3 days I've already started building some abs.

If you need to find better low-calorie food for it, tuna works for me.  And as it so happens, Starkist recently settled a class action suit where they're giving away $25 or $50 in tuna, no proof of purchase required (they ask for your name, address, phone, and email, no sensitive information).  I contacted Starkist directly and they confirmed it's not a scam or a hoax.  You can request your free money or free tuna at this website.

Hit me up if you're near the Central Florida area or if you just want to compare routines.

I hear the lottery is giving away free money too!  All you have to do is buy a little ticket thing!

Um, if my post gave the impression that it costs $20 to get the free stuff, that's not an accurate interpretation.  The $20 fee is to enter the fitness challenge, and its winnings are merit-based, not random.  The free stuff is the free $25 or free fish, and is unrelated to the challenge.  They are two discrete things that happen to be in the same post.

Ah, that makes much more sense, but yes, I think the way you worded the post made it seem related. *shrugs* Oh well. :)
