Unban Request

Hi, I was banned from the Chicago server for impersonation. I have not impersonated anyone, nor have I been provided proof that I impersonated anyone, and I was never notified of the ban.

 

In the recent past one of your lovely admins by the name of Cash Prizes assisted in healing a player named "Boom" (who is his brother) while Boom was busy impersonating a rather prominent member named "Vatan Mouse". The impersonation involved even stealing a profile pic of Vatan's, which is a handmade painting and not a generic image. Boom received no discipline from this aside from "lol don't do it again". Apparently alcohol was involved according to Cash's rants in Steam messages.

 

I vocally questioned Cash Prizes about this. I was friended by Cash on steam where he spent the entire time telling me I'd be banned from the server if I didn't keep his shenanigans quiet. It was approaching blackmail territory. I suspect my ban (which happened while I wasn't on the server or logged into steam) is him acting up since he is like 17 of some other young age and not mature enough to properly handle himself.

 

Feel free to contact Vatan Mouse about this, because we had a good laugh over his steam messages when I screencapped them over to her. I wish Steam saved chatlogs because I'd love to provide them. Sorry I have to be snitching on the kid in your own forums, but I have no other choice.

Hello,

you were banned for your behavior towards CashPrizes and Boom over the last weeks. Boom was banned for impersonating Vatan for several days, just like you are now.

There was a punishment from our side and there was no need for your behavior, as it is not your job as a player to handle these situations. I understand that you are mad, asuming by your post that you are good friends with Vatan, thinking that Boom and CashPrizes got away with their actions without any punishment, but they didn't.

You have been warned by several admins and a staff member as far as I know to stop, but you didn't. I witnessed your comments towards them myself while playing on the server less than a week ago.

Boom was punished for his actions as you are now, it is not a one sided ban solely based of CashPrizes opinion.

I suggest you wait out the three days until your ban expires and stop the comments towards the two once you can play again. Boom is avoiding chat as well as far as I know.

CashPrizes has been notified and should post back here shortly as well.

Edit: About the threats of you beeing banned if you didn't keep quiet, do you have any chat log whatsoever of them?

Let us feast and indulge in this banquet that you have so warmly set before us:

• As mentioned before, Boom was already punished and banned for his actions towards Vatan. Of which you had no recollection of. 
• He his refrained from typing in chat as of late, and has not been disrespectful to you whatsoever, nor used your name, ever.
• I really do not know why Boom is of such great concern to you. If he had an issue with me using his name briefly... he would have made that known.

You have been warned countless times concerning your behaviour. Not only by me, but another Staff member, who directly stated towards you, "You have 10 seconds to change your name before I ban you." If that wasn't sufficient warning, then next time I'll hold a sign for you, with pixie dust sprinkling from the heavens.

 

As for the so claimed 'threats' there have been none. I recall giving warnings such as "You are walking on thin ice" hinting at his repeated behaviors. 

 

You in fact did impersonate Boom several times, and I have not taken any action against you (kick, ban) in the previous 2 weeks, thinking you might reconcile your behaviour. My records of your name history dates back months ago and you've used the following:

• Bewm
• Bewm | Phat Birch
• Bewm | Dat Bitch
• Broom | Fat Bitch
• Boom | Fat Birch
• Boom is 53 and..
• (2) accounts of you using the name "The Pontiac Vatan Mouse." Sounds pretty hypocritical to me.

So far this banquet is mouth-watering with flavor. I suggest not making any obvious name references to Boom, or anyone for that matter. You received a 4 day ban. Not to mention, another Global Admin was on the verge of removing you, when our Staff member gave you that verbal warning.

 

Simple. Be nice towards everyone and smile. Boom has done absolutely nothing wrong against you. Yet you continue to punish him with these senseless remarks and sayings. 

 

Staff, you may provide additional thoughts. I, for one, stand by the duration.

Unban denied, based on your steam namehistory and chat logs provided that are obviously trying to attack Boom. I suggest you to change your behavior once the ban expired or at least keep some distance to Boom and Cash on the server in the future, as far as possible, to avoid situations like this one in the future.

Your ban expires in three days, dodging this ban by playing on any Lotus server with a different account during that time period will result in a perm ban.
