Prefer Using Your Fingers Or Your Mind?

Recommended Posts

Yes, this was big news to those who knew about it first, and I find it's quite interesting. Emotiv Systems Inc. actually plans to sell "EPOC Neuroheadsets" some time this year. They had their prototype last year, and it seemed to work pretty well, proving that this was possible to make. The headset is supposed to collect thoughts corresponding to actions, and even emotions. This might make some truly invinsible players here, as the brain could probably process more action thoughts than your fingers can hit keys per minute. As for harnessing our emotions, they might use it for more advanced fighting (such as adrenaline rushes, when you feel the adrenaline running after a streak of kills, so does your character and receives a boost from it as well). The headset comes with a specially made game for the headset, but they say the headset will be able to function with many other games (TF2 hopefully). The price will be 299USD, so it's not that bad, I was expecting maybe 500 minimum. Hopefully, they will start selling them this year, on time!

This just might limit the number of retards on online games, considering you have to use your mind and all.
