Unfair Ban

I saw a speed hacker by the name of =(UV)= Phoenix and watched him as i died. When I respawned i typed "Speedhacker much?" I told them it was Phoenix but then a voteban was placed against me. While the ban was taking place, i was telling people that i wasnt the speedhacker, but people continued to vote for me to be banned.

My friends play on this server (74.55.237.135:27015) and i wish for an unban

Assuming all things true, Phoenix probably did the voteban against you so it couldnt go for him, pretty common for hackers, people generally just go ahead and vote yes assuming a good reason.

I was on the server too and ProdK was unfairly banned. He was the first to point the hacker out, then the speed hacker voted to get him banned. But, I think the voteban is only temporary so it goes away after a day (is that right?).

Anyway, I got a demo of the guy speed hacking and trying to voteban other people. Takes place soon after ProdK got banned.

Just got banned as well for momentarily having 300ms ping. People seemed to think that I was responsible for the server being as jittery as it's been for the last week or more. Dunno how that could be the case, but hey.

I'd appreciate it if I could be unbanned as well.
