Annoying Mic Spammer - Tf2

[FUBAR That CAKE is a spy! 0]

There was some guy named Duke Nukem mic spamming in the 2Fort server I told him to stop once, he didn't and then started racial slurs. I have uploaded a demo of him doing this.
