Insanely Fast Battle Realms ><

Hello guys, i just found my old copy of battle realms and thought i'd give it a shot, was hoping sum1 on here can help me out

Anyway so i installed it and i go in, the main menu and other menu's run at the same rate but when i boot into a single player skirmish it runs at like 1000X game speed. Adjusting the game speed from the menu does nothing either. Is there a program that will allow me to slow it down? When i enter the game sometimes if i click on places nothing will happen and in menu the swinging skulls swing like crazy then slow then like crazy. If i set sum1 to move somewhere they will start moving fast then slow right down, take like 3 minutes to move a few paces

Using a 7600GT, 4 gb DDR ram, AMD athlon 6000+ dual core, sata HDD

any suggestions? driving me mad

Also it hangs about every minute for a second or 2 in menu or out of it which is a pain.. i'm hoping it's related

Hmm I remember someone had this probelm years ago and I think they had the same graphics card.

I'm thinking it's probably a compatability issue with Battle Realms and some of your hardware. And no, unfortunately there isn't a program that will allow you to slow it down.

What version of the game do you have? CD BR / pirate / WotW? And what Patch version? The latest is 1.50q, if you don't have that go and get it from the downloads section ^.

um to be honest i have a dodgy version i got off of piratebay (works fine on my mates pc)

Can u link me the version 1.50 dwnld ? i couldn't see it. Also i'm using a hacked .exe atm, so i dont know if i can update my battle realms version? cheers
