Ban Request - "mr. V"

Ban Request :

A player by the name of "Mr. V" was playing a Heavy on:

-- LotusClan.com | 24/7 Goldrush #2 | East Coast | 74.55.237.131:27015

It was Sunday Oct 12th at 3:30 CST. I was playing spy and noticed that a Heavy was turning and shooting at me when I was completely cloaked. He did this 4 times in a row. So I decided to spec him to see what was up. When I speced him I noticed the erratic movement of his main weapon - Natasha. I assume that he is using:

- anti-spread hack (notice the tight pattern of his bullets)

- an aim bot (notice the gun sight 'snapping' between possible targets)

- a hack to see all enemies, even cloaked spys (did not catch this in the demo)
