Stray (Clanless) Horse Killing Strategies

Well everytime I play I see those horses running around and their useless for me! Well except if im lotus then the golems use the horses. So everytime I send peasants to get horses and get units to shoot through the place that their gonna go through. They always bleed and run and oh its so much fun! I have never suceeded in kiling a clanless horse though, until today that is.

What I did today was simple suround some horses get ready to shoot, then forget about them thanks to a dif clan attacking. However once I came back the horse was stuck on the cliff of the mountain! I then got a Musket equiped with the Sniper Scope and a raider. I went up and started shooting the poor fella. His hp very slowly moved down and then he bent his head down (I got osrry for him and started canceling my attack, but the Musket didnt listen cause it had scope on.) and then died. I took a screen of him when he had just abit hp left.

Poor horse... even though I kill alot of them every game.. however this one was different..

That is really stupid, having horses is the vital key in every match. I don't see how you can't use them. They can increase offence, defence, Hitpoints, rice/water collection rate, and the whole whatnot.

I know... I used them more before, but now whenever I send my peasants to get them they keep on dying (the peasants) I do equip my hero army sometimes, that always helps out.

We play with horse supply of large so they're all over and 1nsane only needs like 3. I don't know why but instead of shooting the enemy he shoots the horses. (Feels more superior )

Yeah I try, I send 10 Master Warlocks (When lotus) but most of the time the peasants dead by the time teh slow pokes arive (even with the speed up) or I just forgot about the peasants when someone starts atacking me poor peasants.

The peasants? Gathering horses... they just follow a horse into the enemy base and then they get slayed or they start wrestling with other horse collecting peasants and their armys arrive and slay mine!

If you need only 3 horses then why do you go into the enemy's base to get the horses; why not your own area?

Now I can get 3 horses easily and I do when Im lotus, however when im a dif clan I send a few peasants and they try to get more, so when they go near a horse and it runs away they follow them and the horses seem to be attracted to enemy bases.

For example, on twisted fate the horses stay on the jutted up hills or in the corners. They do not run all the way to another base.

In center ring its different, they run downhill into the enemy bases...

Why can't they make horses in the middle so it easy. And you don't get killed.

funny post. I do that to. in the old game, where you can have many yin by having the brothers "attack ground" in the water... then i gather a group of warlocks with zymeth to kill roaming horses, and one hit from zymeth gets the horses head floating in the water.

lol. i do that too. i always use longtooth and a peasant. ive killed many horses using only longtooth and his bg. really works. no horse ever escaped. u can try it!

haha, these small things makes Battle Realms entertaining. things that arent really introduced but because of some creativity, you discover new things.
