CryTekEmployee31 was picking players at random to nominate for votebans. The general server population enjoys pressing 1, it appears.

I was "i love jesus hes not liek santa" STEAM_0:0:4014324

He also did this previously (under 5 minutes before) to the following players, who also did not deserve a ban:

As a side note, the server started lagging a lot last evening and today. I imagine there's some intensive CPU use taking place.
