Reason for Ban: Umbrella TeamWin ban for having a couple of people who like to spam and votekick

Reasons for Unban:

1) I really dislike spamming. I don't use voice chat and text spamming (as well as voice) makes effective gameplay really difficult. I usually vote yes on a ban for these people. I've been sparing in voting yes on a ban for other TeamWin members, but I won't hesitate in the future if the spamming is during gameplay. After a round is one thing, but during gameplay is just obnoxious.

2)Votebanning. My first reaction to a voteban has always been "No". I need reasons to voteban someone and "He/she is cheating" is not an acceptable reason; proper evidence needs to be provided for that type of accusation (I like any other player worth anything have been accused of cheating by someone who doesn't understand the gameplay and physics well). I do vote "Yes" for AFK's, but usually only if the vote is initiated more than once just to be sure the person is really AFK (here I'm speaking of people on the opposite team). I have only initiated vote kicks for AFKs on my own team or voice/text spammers who are disrupting gameplay.
