Valve Tweaking Through The Community?

So. How many new maps are really just mods of old maps? Is Valve doing this so they can make minor tweaks to stock maps because someone altered Hydro?

I'm pretty excited about this. I'd like to see what stuff people can think of adding.

There's been times I've been working on my maps and thought "the stage 2 dustbowl house would be perfect here". It's essentially a huge dump of assets to map makers. I'm also interested in the process of making a TC map. And, as everyone knows, arena_2fort NEEDS to happen.
