We have noticed speed hacks, build hacks, death hacks (unable to kill him), and we are unable to ban or kick him from the server. When a vote goes out on one of the above names he logs into the other name simultaneously preventing the ban/kick from happening upon completion of vote. Several of your regular members are also witness to this player; Don't Shoot!, Apologize, RiseOfMonster and many others. Thought you would like to know.
