I noticed that his movements simulated bad lag, and yet no one else around him displayed the same. I also tried to record a few other people to give a better idea. My theory is he was toggling it on and off now and then to make anyone watching assume it was lag. However it is possible it WAS lag, since he had a fairly high ping Not sure if that would actually show up on my end though. Also I brought up my netgraph info , hope it shows up.
