Why Is That Alvz Not Promoted To Advance Member?

I noticed that on the post board when Wolfbite and ben reached 2000 + posts they turned to advance member why does Alvz not an advance member?

just ondering, is experience is a factor?

what are the requirements? please state each

You need 2500 Posts to be an advance members.. This is happening because the more people register in here.. The more posts needed to be an advance member.
