Interested In Becoming Server Admin For Counterstrike: Source Office 24/7

To whom it may concern,

I am interested in becoming server administrator for : Lotus Clan 24/7 Office central US, server. I have been a server regular for abaout a week now and I find it to be one of the best servers for counter strike : Source. I don't want full access. Just enough to kick bad and unruly players and hackers. There have been a couple of unruly players lately and one of them was changing names and geting the room to ban other players for 30 minutes while mocking everyone there. It was a situation that would have been nice to have adminship to ban him and his IP.
