I'm pretty sure I started my demo as soon as I joined the server and then I saw I was on your team and saw the teams were uneven with me on your full VM sided team so I switched to even them out.

Not really pertaining to the thread, but,

racial slurs are allowed as Mana allows these things, being that he provides the servers and does nothing to combat said slurs/abuse.

e.g. People have asked him "wtf, why can people slur"; he's said slurs/etc are allowed. People have asked "wtf do we do about said-asshat."; to which he replies.. "Post a voteban in the AFK section where I look every couple days(and then some) and my moderators have no power."

For those too dense to understand, nothing will take action for /awhile/

When you keep people from playing on the server by votekicking them for no reason then yes you are being extremely disruptive. A couple days ago before I posted this I literally joined the server and had a votekick started on me, after avoiding the kicks and bans enough it was stopped and I was saying something about having to avoid the voteban and Greenheat said that he was avoiding them for 2hrs from you guys. Abusing votekick/voteban is probably the worst thing anyone can do on the server especially when half the server is filled with your clan because it will easily pass.

As for VM stacking, I would not go that far. They aren't that great. Second, of all the VM guys, I only have an issue with Whitey. He is the one abusing donor privileges by spamming votekicks. Since there are a lot of VM guys on the server, the votes usually pass.

I take demos each time we play them in the event that this sort of thing happens. I'm generally a lazy person, so Whitey, I will say this one more time - can the vote spam or I will post them and you will most likely be banned for abuse. Just play the game and quit being such a sore loser.

the stacking isn't the issue, what i have been saying though is when a votekick goes on it's usually because half the team has VM on it and someone owns them in someway and they call a vote and since half the server is filled with them the vote wins by default

That's allowed because I am against censorship. It's just fucking words. Hence the reason why this forum does not have a word filter.

Only reason why I would ban someone for using certain words was if it became really annoying.

There are admins with temp ban powers and Henry can do perma bans via the admin site (TF2). There's also admins for CS:S and a few for DOD:S with access to it.

It's those guys who say "I banned this guy" when you go "OH LOL MANA IS ONLY ADMIN".

But, we could use more admins. So I'll be adding more.

If it's not a hacker, but a continuing problem, then here's what you do (DaveP - this is for you):

1. Start TF2;

2. Begin recording a demo;

3. Show, in the demo, you changing your name in Steam GUI so they won't know who you are;

4. Show, in the demo, you connecting to the server using that new pseudonym;

5. Get harassed by the jerks; and, finally,

6. Post the demo as outline on page 1 of this thread.

If the problem is as rampant as your QQ about it, then you should have absolutely no problem getting a nice demo of people being douchebags.

ever since i posted this the douchebaggary has stopped. Also you'd be qqing if you couldn't play on your favorite server because you had to avoid votekicks and votebans for 30mins.

I don't know who you are directing the "qqing over comments" part to, if it's to me then you must have no read my complaint correctly. I don't care what they say to me, as long as I can play on the server I'm fine. I'm complaining about being kicked by votes and having to avoid votebans. But I do strongly agree with your post, people should take what others say with a grain of salt because all they are are words. As the old saying goes, sticks and stones can break my bones but words can never hurt me.

Usa servers are the only ones under admin surveillance. Uk need at least 1 or 2 admins. Believe me i've been playing there for ages and i've seen a lot exploiters, hackers and douchebags.
