Lrrr 0 #1 Posted September 8, 2010 The title says it all. I've been playing in this server for about 2 months. Within the past few weeks, votebans on many players who actually get kills has shot up. It mostly is by someone of lesser skill who can't believe someone can do things they currently can't. Perhaps it's always been this way here. Any time someone gets killed and thinks it's bullcrap, they voteban the person. On rare occasions, true hackers come in the server, and thankfully p4 is usually there to remove their ass. Then out of no where I'm banned with zero notification or proof. Simply because a player that I headshotted thinks "oooo he hacks" doesn't mean anything. I've been playing this game for 10 years. It would be much stranger if i WASN'T very good at it. People really must consider their own lack of knowledge and experience in the game before they go accusing people with zero evidence other than "omg he hs me really fast! he must wall hack! omg!". I liked this server. It's actually the only decent one I've found that I can connect to. And it's pretty ridiculous that I actually have to type this out. But if I can't play here because people of lesser skill don't realize proper strats and don't know the maps cold like I do, then I'll find somewhere that doesn't piss on talent whenever it rears it's head. When I attempted to reconnect, I wasn't allowed and the message was "you have been banned reason: hacking. you can blah blah blah". There was no indication of the duration of the ban.
