This sniper hack circumvented the mandatory power up time it takes to charge up his rifle to full power. As you can see after he fires his weapon it instantly goes back up to 100%.

It's really a glitch

Ok so you people say it's just a glitch and your saying that the sniper's power meter doesn't update properly, if it is a glitch like you say it is then how would one account for the power meter showing less than full power after a shot consistently, Ive made demos of others doing the same thing and the power meter may be less than full or full, but the subsequent deaths on the other side prove my theory when u see players going down in quick succession. So we know that the hack does exist, because no single sniper should be able to take down multiple players with full health that quickly given the normal parameters of the game.

I'm not saying this demo shows that particular example, because there were not enough players to show it, and not enough time to get the proof before being kicked off for being idle. Seems like the powers that be stack the deck in a hackers favor, when u make it so difficult to even catch said hacker, why not exploit the game because the chances of actually being caught at it are close to nill anyway. I've contacted steam about said Glitch and am patiently waiting a response, so I will post their ans. when I get it for good or bad.
