Ban Request - Unsure Of True Username

Ban Request - "EagleTalon" (though there was someone else in the server named EagleTalon, and the hacker copied his name to confuse everyone...)

Sept. 3rd/2011, on 24/7 Dustbowl East Coast server, around 2pm EST

This guy was speedhacking as a pyro, and kept changing his name to people that were on the server so that when we tried to voteban him, we often would mistakenly voteban someone else. He changed his name repeatedly. He came to the 24/7 Dustbowl East Coast server several times in the morning, but I wasn't able to get a good demo of it until he came back in the early afternoon.

At around 6400 ticks I got a good spectator view of him clearly speed hacking.

Since there were two EagleTalons, we want to be sure to get the correct Steam ID, however I'm pretty sure it is this one:

# 1508 "EagleTalon " STEAM_0:1:43809854

I can say this with confidence because:

1) If you watch the demo you can see how long both EagleTalon's have been in the game and this EagleTalon was in the game for only 3 minutes (he started speed hacking right away) while the true EagleTalon (1496) was in the game for almost 20 minutes prior to the speedhacking incident

2) This EagleTalon (1508) has a "space" at the end of his name, whereas the true EagleTalon (1496) doesn't

3) After the round ends (towards the end of the demo), the hacker EagleTalon leaves the game, and the true EagleTalon (1496) is still in the game
