I know this will get moved before Mana even reads this, but in case, I'd like to post on the section of the forums which actually receive attention.

The Counterstrike servers (Beta mainly) have much needed changes that we've been asking for months now.

Made two months ago, however the only reply was to Voltazar because he was being quite rude.

Now, I have donated, applied for admin, as well as many others but we have received exactly NO word at all. No replies, nothing. In my 20+ days of playtime, I've not once seen a real admin log on to the servers. I'm the most active player on the CSS servers since P4 was banned (Ghosting), and I truly do bring many players to the server.

Griefers and hackers are rampant in "bursts", meaning I'll see 3 aimbotters in one day then none for the next week, but it would be nice to have new admins on the server.

The changes I listed in the server are severely needed, and I can tell how its affecting the # of players online. I rarely see a full server, it probably lasts only 5-10 rounds and maybe a few times a week at best.

Person I vouch for as a real admin with rcon access (Who actually have knowledge and tons of experience as admin)

Giving rcon to an admin never ends good, i can say that.

I think the point Soad was trying to make is that the Server needs more attention....a "Admin" without ANY possiblities to improve the server will do nothing.

Everybody understands that it takes a lot of work to keep so many servers running.

But why not delegate some work?

Why not have admins that have REAL experience?

And if you dont want to give rcon then why not give "Admins" the opportunity to talk to the guy with "rcon" frequently.

Another point i wanted to add here is that Lotus should CLEARLY draw a line between Donors and Admins....atm its

basicaly the same. You force ppl who want to admin a server to donate(I tested this by applying for Admin http://www.mediafire...llo%20Mana.docx ) which is ok BUT they cant change anything....... (Little sidenote i never received a reply.....its the lack of experience i guess )

I must say that's a mighty fine application, you can't talk about lack of experience there. You should be given a try, but that's not for me to decide.

I don't see why he shouldn't be given rcon access? I highly doubt someone like Knus, who is an adult and professor would attempt or want to create problems instead of fixing them.

RCON can do some deep and dark magic. It is not necessary. Especially for just a server admin.

Haha I guess I see the humor in it .

It seems that a few changes have undergone today or last night!

We now have a rate cap and two minute rounds! Server feels smoother already =]
