Game Issue When Playing Multiplayer

I am having an issue with my game. It has happened before, and now I have an image of what happened. I need help in solving it, fast if possible.

Can someone explain what happened here, and the solution to it?

That happen to me like 2 times but i just reboot the comp or reinstall the game, and all work fine.

I do reboot my computer, and have reinstalled the game several times. even after that, I occasionally get it, but I tend to get it more often the more players that are playing..I have even gotten it in 1v1 on a few games, but I mostly get it when trying to do 2v2 or more. After I exit using the quit option, windows pops up with a message stating that "Battle_Realms_F.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvience". I check the details and it says that Battle_Realms_F caused the issue with itself. It shows up on the one screen saying that Battle Realms is the program that has the issue, and then i look a couple spaces across to the program that caused the issue and it has the same program name. I am thinking of running BR under a different compatibility mode (Windows 98 mode or Windows 2K mode, XP can use compat modes for different apps.)

If it happens again, I will give a screenshot of the exact error window and the next dialog that I refer to.

I get that on rare occasions, usually in big games of 6+ players.

ok, well I don't have the screenshot still (got the same problem today, but only once) but now I can describe the second screen better. It has several spots for small technical details. The two things I was referring to were the appname and modname areas. The appname is Battle_Realms_F.exe and the modname is Battle_Realms_F.exe.

Still do not know why it happens, but when I go back into BR the problem is gone for the time being.
