12/29/2011, New Jersey Dustbowl TF2, around 5pm EST.

Raze has repeatedly been disruptive to players on this particular server on several occasions. He plays medic an follows and heals spies to blow any cover they may have against other team while disguised. He was asked very politely several times to stop doing this. After more than 10 minutes of this he was vote kicked by a majority vote on the server. He came back in within a couple minutes and continued to troll the spies. This isn't the first time I have witnessed him doing this exact same thing, he did this to me about 2 weeks ago and I took screen caps but was unaware I needed a demo or to get status information.

I believe I did the demo properly and have posted it as instructed here-

Please take care of this soon as I enjoy playing on your servers immensely and this person has now ruined that experience for me and others on several occasions now.

To ban requires a larger percentage of the vote than to kick.

It takes a higher percentage to voteban than to votekick.

I am aware of that. It's like.. 60% I think? However if he is causing that much of a disturbance, then it's not an issue. I just saw this more of a temp ban than a perma ban from an admin.

o.O I have seen it be 60%, but wouldn't the percent change dependant on the server member count?

I would think the opposite. Wouldn't the percentage stay the same no matter how many people?

Well if the percent is dependant on the amount on the server, it would vary, surely... But, I am being told off for commenting on Gotcha's ban thread, so I gotta go! :(

      I was on your server today and came across two people claiming they're admins (Gazellenaire and Atomic Spark, I did not see them in the Admin list, but it hasn't been updated in a while) votebanning random people in a server. When asked why I was being votebanned and if I was breaking any rules, Gazellenaire typed in the chat "Nah" and "We are admins." One of them also said over microphone it was for something along the lines of "Destroying his shit".

      Got banned for admin impersonation. I have terrible humor so me and another player changed names to Broom and Crash Prizes, a parody of the regular combo Boom and Cash Prizes. Anyways I was never asked to change my name back before I was hammered to the depths, with that I wasn't placing lotus tags on my name or pawning myself off as an actual admin nor have I ever... 

      Here is the HL.StatsX chat log, it doesn't list the actual server events though, only player chat. It was around a whole five minutes after the conversation below that I was banned, and as I said there was no chat after this.
