mony 5 #1 Posted January 12, 2012 Ban Request - Foghorn Leghorn Date: Wednesday, Jan 11, 2012 Server/Game: Chicago x33/ TF2--2Fort Time 3-3:40 pm approx. Explanation of the incident. Non-stop griefing to include standing infront of players while sniping, blocking the snipers and general players view with his flame (as a pyro). This is all he did the entire time i was on. He was kicked 4 times during the time I mentioned and had been on longer than when i joined. Both teams were complaining, but there were a few of his buddies on that prevented him being banned--they thought it was funny and were copying his behaviour. This is destructive gameplay behaviour and should not be tolerated. If these players really want to play on lotus servers, which should be known as "gameplay friendly" and not "free for all griefers", they MAY come for the unban forum and say "excuse me, me was a dick,...me stupid, mememe...", bow down, get a church up to someone or somehin' like that. for sure it would be juicy to know how many hours of gameplay they have on whole Lotus, so this could be a point to consider. 100 gameplay hours... 30 mins being an asshole - okay..... we may talk about this. but 30 minutes gameplay, 30 minutes being a jerk... wtf? It's not bannable offence! He blocked someones sniperview and taunted them on chat, you think they should get banned for that? I sometimes block peoples sniperview... doesn't mean I am a complete asshole or jerk... Point being, I wouldn't say that guy should be banned for this, I certainly would not ban for this. I have been playing on this server since it was the central sever with a great zombie mod out on the bridge nearly 5 years ago. I have a long fuse, and I've never posted a video requesting a ban before If you look at the players profile he plays only to grief. Some people think this is funny and they copy that behavior then the griefing gets out of hand and good players stop coming to a good server. The player in question had done this over a period of days, not just this one time, but since I didn't have video proof of the earlier incidents I didn't list them. Also I wasn't requesting a perma-ban, I just wanted the player to know Lotus is behind those of us who have been coming here a long time and they don't tolerate the F2P newbies who just grief because they think its funny.
