VietKid 0 #1 Posted April 7, 2012 (edited) I was banned sometimes today at 69.162.126.141:27015 while afk. At first when i came back, it said "Kicked by Console". While trying to reconnect, it says I've been banned for "Spawn teleporter". I don't know what it really means, but it could be what I think it is. If it is the making of a teleporter in blu spawn in Stage 1 Dustbowl glitch, I had no idea that it was an offense. I found out about it when i saw someone do it. It's an old glitch and not a hack. I have learned my lesson and won't ever do it again. Btw, is making a dispensor in that spot ok? Thank you for your time. Losing the opportunity to play on the server again would be terrible for me since the other servers don't compare to lotus. VietKid 0 #3 Posted April 7, 2012 2 months ago, someone backstabbed me repeatedly and i requested votekick to this guy who set the tele, but instead i was votebanned off the server because of my votekick request, so i kind of assumed that it was ok (which i shouldnt have). I only set the tele because I was bored of the usual for a while. Now i know i shouldn't do it, but are dispensors ok? And also, is there anyway that i can be unbanned? VietKid 0 #4 Posted April 7, 2012 Using exploits and glitches to gain an unfair advantage over others is never acceptable. Play the game fairly. OK, I will never use any exploit/gltich again. Where are the rules so I can look over them so this won't ever happen again? Can you please unban me? Losing the privilege of playing any Lotus server forever would be terrible. Kerberos 3,170 #5 Posted April 8, 2012 We shouldn't need to display or create rules that inform you not to abuse an exploit, hack or anything else that is pretty self explanatory which you know would be against our rules. It's common knowledge and common sense what the general rules are; abusing an exploit or game bug should be VERY obvious not to do it. Or, what makes you think it was OK to do it?
