Vote Requirements

Can we adjust the voting percentages? It's silly to have an 85% threshold in certain situations. As a donator, I try to help out in the servers as much as possible (ie kick/ban spammers, afk's and etc.), but its hard to do so with the 85%. Someone is afk on blue, red isnt inclined to vote in favor of a kick and etc, someone mic spamming on red, blue isnt inclined to for in favor of a kick and etc.

If the players on the server doesn't want an obvious hacker gone, their problem, then you create a demo and call us via the ban forum.

If the players on the server doesn't want an obvious AFK player gone, their problem. I wouldn't trouble your self, the console would kick them soon enough.

Lowering the % would be abused, in my opinion.

The AFK issue as well as teh Hacker one are serious, obvious shouldn't be a factor, if a team is being pounded, some noob joins (Or already is in the server) and activates a cheat, turning the tide, its obvious the now winning team will refuse to assist in kicking/banning the person. The best solution, which was stated, I have to agree, but the problem with voting is still present, people won't help and the hacker gets his day of ruining the gameplay for others.

AFK is a little more harder to manage, people will randomly vote yes/no, without regards to what exactly the player is DOING, it annoys me to no end when I'm trying to kick someone on my own team for AFK, then the enemy or ally team votes NO. What the fuck is your problem, AFK/Idle means they ARE AFK OR IDLE! The Console doesn't work half the time I'm on the servers, even at 24/24 or 33/33, etc etc.

Meeybe make the AFK/Idle kicker more strict?

There is nothing "obvious" about it. I have never had even the bulk of an opposite team not vote to ban someone when I initiate, quite the opposite.

well the console puts AFK players onto spectate and then kicks them for being spectate for too long. no need to lower the vote requirement as you can always make a demo in worst case scenarios if all else fails.

When i found a hacked on the server both teams all voted yes for kicking the player, except the hacker himself and i have no colour or tag or name. just sayin
