Dr. Ali Baba // Kick Abuse

Summary: We were playing all was well, we had a sniper on our team named "Haelis" he was doing fairly well but the opposing snipers were complaining they couldn't kill him because he was "lagging" they also accused him of aimbot a couple of times, so i am quite sure that "lagging" was not the only reason he was kicked. He only had 150 ping which to my experience is not really laggy at all after a little while Ali Baba kicks him for the reason shown below and after i tell him that it's abusive to do so, him and his friends just start ganging up on me flaming me and telling me that i am wrong and they can kick anyone for whatever reason they want. I know for a fact that this is not true, and he should be punished for kicking an innocent player.

I'm really sick and tired of all these "Dr" people in the 2fort servers causing havoc and constantly flaming and abusing players and their donor powers.

But, William.... we've never had a report about this person, that i'm aware. Jumping directly to 3 month, instead of 1, specially when he donates on subscription, may lose us custom

Yes he is a donator..BUT it might keep other people fomr playing on Lotus. Thus losing money from people who might donate because he is a twit.

Again.. it is a privlage to play on our servers. And it should be treated as such.

Babyeater, please rethink this ban request. I have just thoroughly re-read the console, and the person you have asked to be banned for donor/kick abuse is;

A ) Not a donor (thus it was majority of server wanted player gone)

B ) Not even the main instigator, but a participant

C ) Never actually said anything bad on the chat

It is his friend, you'll notice the "Lobster" fellow thinking he can votekick anyone, I will be having words with Lobster, hopefully

Thanks for the compliment for the format, i post them when i feel necessary and like to provide as much as i can to help make the situation easier and less stressful to handle.

However, i am sorry for the miss-communication, but when i put "kick abuse" i meant as in he abused the kick function and not his donor powers. In the bottom where i said donor powers i meant the "Dr" clan in general are pretty abusive of their powers. The reason i found this as him abusing the kick function is because there was like 5-6 of his friends on the servers, so of course if you got a server full of friends and your getting your ass kicked by a sniper and you have the majority vote easily just by the amount of friends you have on the server, then i find it as abusive.

I guess i was a little overzealous, i will admit that the Lobster guy was the main instigator for this trouble after further review. I hope you do tell him that this kind of behavior is unacceptable, as for the complaint being placed against Ali Baba, the only reason was because he was the one who initiated the votekick.

Also i still stand by the fact that this guy only had 150 ping and he wasn't lag warping / lagging at all. I was sniping with him half of the time, i saw him quite a bit and not once did i see him lagging.

I am certainly not shooting you down I appreciate the report! I miss-read part of it and corrected my self accordingly, which I thought you didn't see but you must have.

I did not like the fact he was being votekicked merely because "he could and he can whenever to who ever"... Nahh. Yes, I'll be speaking to Lobster No bans today unless a staff re-reviews this, but the culprits will know we're watching > hehe
