Donor Abuse - Strutting Phil

I created this account specifically to report admin abuse. Me and my friends used to play Lotus servers all the time as our favorite servers, but recently a few bad apples are starting to make us not even want to play anymore. Specifically I'm talking about a player who goes by the name StruttingPhil and his cohorts. I first discovered him several months ago trolling people verbally but not really doing much harm. Then he got a little more annoying where he spent the majority of his playtime making non-sensical comments and arguing with people. Then he started votekicking/votebanning people for made up reasons such as that they are racists (when they said nothing at all), or that they are spamming (when they aren't), etc. This usually never went anywhere. Then he started just being a big leech - he sits in the spawn talking and trolling. Most of the time the rest of the players would either ignore him or votekick him. Now he's a donator. When I last played, he had been sitting in the spawn for near an hour doing nothing but posing and "humping" another player who has now named himself [strutSec] Diglett. I initiated a votekick on him and supplied the reason as that he was not playing but just sitting in spawn not afk but being a troll. To my surprise, I got a server message saying I could not votekick him. He replied to my votekick by saying "GOD DAM 1ST WARNING" (his favorite thing to say when he votekicks people for no reason) then he votekicked me saying I was spamming (I hadn't spoken to him at all up to this point), and of course nearly 70% of the server voted in favor because people just vote yes to any damn thing. I have attached a TF2 demo that I recorded while spectating him. The demo is 3 minutes long, showing him and Diglett leeching in the spawn for an entire round during which their team never got the point, effectively wasting two player slots. Another player threatened to report him to Lotus clan admins, to which he responded that he was an admin and does whatever he wants.

Prior to this, I've seen him go on several votekick and voteban sprees against people for telling him to stop sitting at spawn and play, for votekicking him, for calling him names, for killing him on the rare occasion that he actually does come out of spawn, and ultimately just abusing his immunity as a donor. Any adult knows that this is not good business practice for staying in business, and likewise it is not good practice to keep your servers alive either, chasing off players who aren't retarded little 13 year olds who want to hump each other in the spawn. I'm not normally one to complain. If I don't like what someone says, I ignore him. If someone kills me or owns my team, I don't whine about it. If my team gets spawn camped, I try to break out of it instead of votekicking as some people do. This is the first time I've ever complained about another player in TF2, and it's because there is no way for me prevent this player from being abusive toward me or others. If you disapprove of this behavior, please review the attached demo and take action to revoke his abused privileges or allow players to votekick/voteban him when he's clearly being enough of an ass to get everyone in favor of removing him. That is all.

Strutting Phil is too immature to have donor privileges. When these 2 screenshots were taken he was jumping around with the conscientious objector, spamming warnings against anyone who attacked him. I killed him once and he threatened to ban me. I killed him again and he initiated a voteban for "Spam," which thankfully didn't succeed. And then there's the racial slur...

In this demo he was sitting in spawn with his Strut Sec buddy staring at each other for a few rounds in a row. I told them lotus probably doesn't want their donators disrupting gameplay like that. He said he's "admin" so he can "do everything."

I'm not sure how you guys feel about your donators sitting in spawn all round, but I'm certain you don't want them claiming to be admins, spamming "WARNING," calling people "N****R," and votebanning someone who kills them.
