Ban Request/donor Abuse - Sweatsac

I hope if my name ever appears on here for abuse or any nonsense, I won't be given leniency just because I happen to be friends with a few screw-looses in the Staff and from time to time assist in the daily ops.

Looking at the pics, seems guilty. Also, on the Spec/AFK thing, its not working in Texas Servers, specifically 24/7 ones as I see people go into spec when the server's full and not be kicked for nearly 10 minutes until I or someone else calls a vote kick.

It may appear as grieving but many players will vote No for a variety of reasons, majority of them who are unaware of the situation will not be able to make good judgement on their vote. Then the rest are just stupid, trolls, or don't want the person to be kicked, for whatever reason, even at the expense of their entire team.

I think Grieving and Abuse are when the votes are called for no legitimate reason, and have a shit excuse to be calling them in the first place. I've had to do a few multiple times because I had pissed off the entire BLU team for doing nothing but waiting for them to come out of Spawn before throwing a few nice BOMBs in the sniper towers. XD

Let's not go attacking lotus staff over way something was worded. As for looking at the pics he is guilty of what exactly? He kicked an afk player named "snake" that returned later in the night, who went afk again and was kicked...again. dudewat was kicked as afk for dicking around in spawn because his team was losing. "Snaaaake!?" was actually finally kicked as afk with the real reason being an unknown outside of the chat logs showing some comments from "Snaaaake!?" saying something about childish.

At 1:46 in that video FireBallZero puts up the votekick against '(mb) coke' for "Accusing me of abusing my donator rights." to which "Snaaaake!?" votes yes to kicking coke. Making this whole thread full of WIN.

I'm not going to argue this, defend it or otherwise. Just putting it out there that it could now be argued that so long as you don't kick "Snaaaake!?" donator abuse is fine by him but if you do kick him legitimate or otherwise a ban request thread will be made.

Let's just let it go people. SexyKing has looked into it. Afronanny has as well. Who knows who else with ban powers has looked into it that have not posted anything.

Googled YOUR steam ID and this is what came up. Not the wrong guy. Its your brother (Maybe ,maybe not. Could be you in another account for all I know) but you are in the convo being discussed. Got your brother and you both banned from what I read there. You for spamming the voteban it seems.

That was from sweatsac votekicking afks on the server when the autokicker was recently broken from a tf2 update, I think it was. Nothing like joining a full server and half of it is people in spec afk. For a while you couldn't even kick them. Melissia at the time was a Lotus Member with ban rights and was on the same server as sweatsac. Got tired of the votekicks in general and used his powers to temp ban sweatsac on the spot who was behind most of votekicks. Rather than spending 2 minutes to kick the afk's himself.

again i say lock this thread. its over i said sorry, he took it, enough of everybodys idea of who did what, at what time and when. i have had only had 2 negative posts about me in 3 to 4 yrs of play. the fact that people are attacking sexy for so called defending me, and sweeping things under a rug, is outragoues.he will ban me if i do anything to warrent a ban, i have no doudt about it.in closing to afro , mana, deja gotcha, or any1 else with ban powers, if i am to be banned please make it an id ban and not ip ban, as my bro credomane lives with me and we share the same ip, it would be a shame for him to not enjoy lotus servers over this. thats all i ask.

I advise you watch the fireball zero vid again and see what I typed.

The war between fireball and coke was going on for some time. Coke wanted fireball gone, but was unable to get enough people to votekick him. Fireball had tried to kick coke about 4 times prior to the "successful" one. The reason we said yes was to simply end the situation. Notice that I didn't post this topic to remove the people who votekicked me? It's not their fault.

Also, I did not attack sexy, please re-read my post. I merely saw what he wrote as possibly being a conflict of interest. This in no way makes him a bad person.

As for all this business, someone needs to read this whole topic over again. On the FIRST PAGE I said I would accept his apology and move on. (The bit about including the actual reason, not just writing afk.) Yet, you seemed to have all missed this. It's done, I have nothing to say to him, and he has nothing to say to me.
