I'll try and lay this out as simply as possible for you guys. May 4th, a user who I'll call Sphag for conveniance created this thread: http://forums.gaming...73-admin-abuse/ The next day, Sphag's friend Potash posted this on the ban request forums: http://forums.gaming...strutting-phil/ I can't tell what happened or what Phil's ban status was between then and the next ban request on May 9th. On May 9th Sphag created this thread: http://forums.gaming...-diglett-again/ Which included a demo taken on May 8th which resulted in a 1 month ban. Now If we take a look back at Potash's post (or rather repost) on May 5th (the second link provided) and go down to the page, we can see that on may 12th it is comfirmed that Phil apolagized and was unbanned, everyone on track so far? May 26th Sphag is back! And not without another ban request, Here: http://forums.gaming...il-and-diglett/ Phil is given a 1 week ban on May 31st. The end. Phil is to be unbanned on May 6th (or maybe 7th) and though he should be on thin ice, he will be unbanned, and he was. Phil continued to be a good boy until June 14th when he was banned. No explanation was given. He made a thread asking for an explanation: http://forums.gaming...as-we-been-ban/ "Please explain in detail instead of giving me the same links you have continued to do so over the past month, why I have been banned" (He's speaking of his current ban which became active on June 14th) His explanations involved: "Not that hard to figure out. Third times the charm. *Links to Sphags reports* YOU ARE OUT." Whoever gave this explanation doesn't seem to be keeping track of things. I spent 10 minutes before his first ban trying to explain to him via chat why what he was doing was unacceptable, and he did not seem to get it. This an issue with him, not my communication skills. If Phil would like to review the ban requests, and put together an unban request in the proper form indicating he understands what he has done wrong, it will be considered. This whole post is an indication that NO one of us should care about what you are thinking or what your needs are. We are not your fucking "TF2 Lotus-Clan helpdesk" nor are we baby-sitters. I appreciate the way ProLoser and Cactus are handling some requests,but then to see them get flamed full of bullshit noone cares about by banned ppl, just because they try to justify theire business or what have been done by other admins... nah.
