He returned (no suprise there), but were unable to voteban him, because not enough people voted. We needed 80% and only 76% voted so we were stuck with him. I did a voteban and others initiated votebans as well, which I included in the demo. I think 3-4 votebans were done, but each failed because not enough people voted.
