Dark, I think the best you can do if someone harrasses you is to call in admin and let them spectate OR take a demo.

If he does try to kick you without reason, admins here will take care of it.

Why would you need to make a demo. There is a chat log there of him just complaining everyone hacks and banning. Surely that could be enough perhaps to warrant a temporary ban?

Not always. Words don't always show the full picture. Even this, although he says the same 2-3 things they aren't seconds after each other. Do I think this player is an upstanding citizen who spends his life finding abandoned kittens and raising them in a happy healthy home and providing them a secure future? Nope. But I think the language barrier is part of the problem too.
