Same guy i just had a req in for spamming has gone and made a new accout to Ban evade.

Guy even PMed after the topic was closed saying that I was abusing my power. I ignored it at the time and simply deleted it.

Not sure how you go on these, But it erks me when people evade bans. Especially a what, 2 day, temp ban?

Well I must say that for someone who does not have a vendetta against me u are certainly proving a grand point. As for the account. If you had bothered to investigate u would have seen in my inventory that this account's join date (from the merc badge) was March 19th. As for the ban dodging, where exactly does it say that an alt account cannot play on lotus servers if the other account of said person is banned. And if u take exception to my name changes in game i suggest u ban a player of West coast Dustbowl named cum snorting seamon daemon.

Indeed i appreciate your enthusiasm for banning, yet i must ask where is it stated that this is against the rules?

The mere fact that you knew I was making this, because you were on the server when I called you out, Proves that point. Secondly yes I am a little erked you evaded a ban req I put , granted small, effort into. You evaded the ban, thats self explanatory why ban if we didnt want you to play, for those TWO days.

People who evade bans burn me almost as much as flat out multihackers, Your proving my ban req just by being here.

to get banned and then still play with an alt.? I think anyone in your shoes would surely know this would be frowned upon... if that's the road you wanna take, I'm sure they can just ban by IP, but I'd recommend putting on your big boy hat and waiting out the 2 day ban you received for disrespecting a Lotus recruit, and an integral member of our community

wow now what was i doing to impress upon u that i should be banned again? If i recall the origional reason was i was spamming rank as Mr. Snipey. Was i spamming? no Was i attacking you or other doners/admins? no. Now i am flummoxed as to shy my alt account was attacked by you. I was not breaking any rules and if i was I wish to see where i broke them exactly

You ban evaded by playing on an alt after KNOWING you were temp banned. Need I say more, its a ban evasion, plain and simple, you want to argue the legitimacy of that fine I'll let you do that with a Admin. Maybe they can pound that into your skull.

I will willing take your pounding it in my skull. However i ask u where it was written that this was aggainst the rules. not against convention but against the rules. In america it is frowned upon if u shoot ur gun in the air. It is not illegal. So show me where exactly it says my actions were against Lotus Clans rules
