[FLC]Mony abused donor power to votemute me for no reason, simply because I was giving orders on how to proceed before using my uber charge in order to break a turtle (and not waste half the uber charge). He apaprently he wanted it done differently, so he votemuted me, a little less than half the players voted no.

Afterwards he had had me votekicked for "disruptive" playing, because I decided to blow some fire in his face for about 30 seconds as pyro while he was sniping. 1) He deserved it, 2) I didnt' grief long enough to earn a kick.

Anyway, please check into this guy and get hm under control, he does this to a lot of people for many reasons. He once tried to votekick me in the past because I kept stealing their intel with dead ringer and dragging it about 5-10 feet between each respawn, saying I was "useless to my team."

You may also want to check out my past two reports on admin/donor abuse, I've only filled out two in the past five years, so reporting isn't something I do often.

Last time I reported someone on that server, they were able to pull up logs in order to prove my case, so I hope you do the same this time.

UpdateL at 10:38 EST I rejoien the server and he started to trash talk me right away. I told him was reported, and he said "Let me respond to that." Please Check logs of this.

Soon after he said that I was randomly disconnected on a 30 second timer. I came back and found out the entire server crashed. Although I have no proof, I beleive he tried to do something illegal to the server/client and ended up crashing the whole server.

Donor privileges exist for a reason, if he wanted to votemute you, it was a vote, doesn't really need a reason, obviously half the people on the server agreed with him... also, it's just a mute, no harm done, you could have kept playing... instead, you chose to troll him, and prevented him from actually playing the game, something he never stopped you from doing, in all honesty, a pyro blowing fire in my face while I'm sniping, on purpose, for 30 seconds, I would have started a votekick as well...

THat's what they said last time (in the link I provided below). But with some digging into the logs, you can see he clearly abuses the privledges.

Also, most people press 1 for Yes when voting, because it's BINDED to number 1 on your keyboard, the most frequently pressed key other than WSAD. The fact that I had 44% vote no, means it was probably unjust. Also he does this a lot. Also research my previous two reports on Admin/donor abuse. I was right both times.

Donating Privileges are just that, a privilege, not a right. You shouldn't let first time abusers be left off so easily, its not a habitual thing, its called being an ass and abusing privileges that when you signed up for, stated you would not abuse them. Play without voice-chat, leave and rejoin, basically do anything other than start a pissing match which spills onto our forums, I will not post any further response on this thread unless requested by member or staff, so in other words, I'm giving you the last word in this debate, I suggest trying out the big boy pants I mentioned earlier

Bah, I had to reply to this. Several players asked the poster above to stop mic spamming. He was shouting into his mic and had been doing so for half an hour. I asked him several times, as did most of our team to stop yelling. So I started a votemute, and he was overwhelmingly voted silent (22-2). As for the disruptive game play vote kick, I didn't start the vote. I thought his actions silly, and immature, but most guys that do this get tired after a few mins and quit.

A player named Shack started the vote kick after watching him for the 2 mins he was doing the pyro greifing. Note it was much longer than the 3o secs he claims, and several people came onto the battlements to see him do this.

...and of course since he was butt hurt, in his mind I must have crashed the server when I had top score ...lol. Sorry for this waste of time, but this was so ridiculous I had to respond.

Certainly never for abuse. You were vote muted by a large majority of players, not just me, and you got upset and started acting even more immature. Coming onto this forum and venting when you yourself are the problem won't change your luck if you continue to act the same way and are vote muted or kicked again. You should look elsewhere for the root of your problem.

You should see what happened to RAC Methods when they pulled the logs on him.

Also, be happy I'm not requesting a ban or any further action. Simply making them aware. The only reason your history is flawless is because most people you kick/ban are little kids because you can't stand their voice, and they usually don't know how to report or that they even can report to the server admins/owners. You didnt' like my voice because I'm from New York, an accent that apparently offends you. You can solo mute me if it bothers you that much.

2 wrongs don't make a right and all that. Keeping him from sniping is griefing, no matter how much you thought it was justified. I've looked into this and see nothing resembling abusive behavior on his part.

No action taken.
