How To Put Color On A White And Black Render?

can someone tell me how to put color on a black and white picture?

Hmm..I don't think there is way.

Either

1) Find a new image.

or...

2) Put colored layers on top and put the settings to overlay, I guess.

Or maybe you can use color balance, but that might only put about 3 colors on.

i think there is a way i will try to find a tutorial maybe its posible to do it.... who nows

hmm... id say colour balance...that's if you want to colour the image.. but if you want to colour a certain parts of the image then just select the parts, create a new layer and fill it with the colour you want.. (you could also use the colour balance for this too)

Just colour it. There is no way that doesn't include work. Normally you apply the colours in multiply layers, afterwards you add some additive and subtractive layers for lights and shadows.

Yeah I saw a tutorial for it somewhere, but was pretty much what Kamikaze said.

yeah this was what i was talking about... i saw some tutorial like this one before but then i current find it.. thx for posting it

That's what me and wolf were talkin about!

i suggest using the pen tool for selection.. because sometimes the magic wand doesn't select some of the parts so yea..

then if there's no hope then just use the magic wand..
