I think it could be the same player that I reported before. The demo file contains only 1 kill (a scout) but it's pretty obvious that he's both aimbotting and krithacking. I ask you kindly for your next demos to type "status" right away after recording the demo (just a personal preference, nothing too serious) and to record in 1st person instead of 3d. I watched to scout kill very carefully at 3,5 % speed, and yes, it was no doubt aimbot/critzhack.
