So, looks like the new crap will be shipping out soon...anyone excited for it? Can't wait to see the new map and some of the new items, although people are already nagging me for the Naughty Crates I found. I'M opening them, I DON'T WANT your scrap!

Although, dat Engineer...wonder what new twist this will bring about. Thoughts? Also Adult Swim's doing another promo in the form of a DLC I believe. Ooooh...I want to punch a SCOOT so bad with that loadout...

I have to say, the new weapons seem to be very nice.

allthough that demo gun is just a funny shit, you can bounce enemys like a flipper around

the new engi gun is badass. I like it a lot, gives the engi more room to defend and also for assaults.

the new medi gun seems to be good, didn't test it myself. but if controlled in the right hands, I think it's very powerfull.

I'm unsure about the new festive weapons, I really don't like em, gonna be extremely pricy, not worth even giving the thought of owning.

The Demo Weapon will probably give birth to the Demotroll...and it finally gives an addition to that one Pirate Set for the Demoman, http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Swashbuckler%27s_Swag Can't wait to get it myself, gonna just wait for the good ole Item Drop System to gimme gimme.

Medi-Gun, I'm uncertain how it works really, seems confusing.

Engi's been needing a new shotty, although not sure how I'm gonna implement this into my loadouts...

The medigun works, but it's not of much use when you got to go against different enemies at a time.
When ubering, you get your 75% resistance to ONE type of damage. Which is nice, but a crit sticky can still kill you, as can a crocket (at least, the medic), and when going against a sentry, you have to decide what to protect against - the bullets or the rockets. And when a pyro shows up, then, you're screwed anyway.
Also, it doesn't remove 75% against melee. So, no extra against a Demoknight, for example.

Yes, the quick charge definitely is a plus, and yes, it can be very useful, but i still think it will be more useful in MvM, where you get waves and waves of similar opponents. With a charge speed upgrade, this thing will practically provide infinite ubers, which means whoever is healed gets 75% less damage against a giant heavy, soldier, or against the hordes of them.

In a regular game, i'd still prefer a Kritzkrieg, a regular, or even the Quickfix.

Thanks for the nutshell version, is it THAT bad? Shit...maybe I'll pass off on using it. O.o

I wouldn't say "bad". As said, due to the incredibly fast uber recharge, it's more or less like a permanent reduction of damage of 75%, plus healing.

But it's less useful in a regular game. If you want to try it, you can have mine for a while.

Lawl, but it seems to hinder one, especially in the games I play. Meh, I'll pass, I'll wait for the Item Drop system to bless me with one...it already gave me quite a few nice things while playing on the Lotus servers.
