Ban Request - Dontletdaddytouchmytaco, Poe, [Esp] Joe, Kipper.

December 26th, 2012, from around 1:00 to 1:50am CST on TF2 - LotusClan.com | 24/7 2Fort #2 | West Coast

Me & my friend, nesmartin226, were playing on the 24/7 2Fort #2 server when a player on our team (RED) began grieving another player on the opposite team (BLU). I told the grieving player "DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO" not to grieve, because nobody likes such behavior. The Apex Predator and [E_E] Yeah agreed with me but poe joined in and copied what DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO did. DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO was shocked to see us votekicking him and tried to tell us that the server was "his favorite", but STM|Ninetales and The Apex Predator replied to him about his behavior. Soon "kipper" copied the behavior as well. He spammed "ez" and then poe spammed it, as well. Poe and DONTLETDADDY grieved some more.

Later, [ESP] Joe gave a gift to poe and they began trolling about how "ez" getting gifts were. Poe grabbed the intel and did not cap it. Kira Plaga, The Apex Predator and I initiated a votekick. Poe claimed to not understand why he was being votekicked and asked if it was because of the "ez" comments he made. After the vote somehow changed and allowed everyone to vote without typing "votekick", poe was kicked but he returned shortly after. When poe returned, him and a player named "kipper" began spamming the chat as well as grieving other players by saying "clown_down" after every kill. Kipper continued to spam vulgar messages into the chat. Kira Plaga and I began another votekick against kipper. The vote didn't go through and kipper initiated a votekick against me!

Another votekick was initiated against poe. Poe was confused as to why he was being votekicked. The vote wasn't successful and he soon changed his name to "nesmartin227", a miss-typed variation of my friend nesmartin226's name. Me and my friend were shocked to see his "troll tactic" against us. My friend changed his name to "WTF" and poe changed his name again, this time correcting the typo in his name (from 227 to 226). My friend clarified who he is by changing his name from "WTF" to "The REAL nesmartin226". Poe (as "nesmartin226") initiated a vote to kick my friend "The REAL nesmartin226", which wasn't successful either. I told everyone that I got the evidence against him and DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO began trolling me. Anonymous_Chinese asked to do another votekick against poe, of which I initiated. DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO continued to troll, while Kira asked if we already kicked him. Sno-Kone basically explained what Trolls are (in short) and told us we just "gotta live with them". I replied to Sno-Kone's comments by saying "No, we don't." My friend, "The REAL nesmartin226" tried to encourage others to votekick poe and STM|Ninetales agreed to votekick him.

{UC-DJ} ZzCritRawketzZ asked who was trolling. DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO tried to convince him that nobody was, but I replied that it was poe ("The guy who changed his name to nesmartin226"). The REAL nesmartin226 asked how my "admin search" was going. I told it was "doing good!" I exclaimed "Awesome!" to the news that poe left, but The REAL nesmartin226 said "Coward probably changed his name again" and DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO (trolling YET AGAIN!) said "wait, now he's impersonating other people? He's gone too far! I'm calling Gabe Newell RIGHT NOW! Hold on, hold on. Let me get this all down. There's too much evidence to send via email" My friend changed his name back to "nesmartin226". Sno-Kone joined in with DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO by saying "Somebody call Obama!" I said "Very funny. -_-".

DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO said "I'll create a GUI in Visual Basic and we can track Poe's IP adress through there, then send the evidence to the cyber police." Sno-Kone joked "cyber police lolz. Where's robocop when you need him!" Kipper began making vulgar comments again. Finally, [ESP] Joe changed his name to "DADDYPLEASETOUCHMYTACO" and DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO said "HEY! NO! YOU WENT TOO FAR!" Joe changed his name again to "SONLETMETOUCHYOURTACO". DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO made racist comments regarding the Demoman, "HOW DO YOU DO DAMAGE AS THE EXPLODING NEGRO MAN?"

Juicebox replied "take out your cock" and Braunstein Freres said "use your negro launcher". DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO spammed "HOLY SHIT MY TEAM'S USELESS" and Joe said "son come down stairs an let me touch your taco :P" DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO said "but...but...but...it's my biiiiirthdaaay!" Joe said "GET DOWN HERE NOW" twice. DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO said "but I poop from there!" and Braunstein Freres said "not right now you don't" Joe said "I DON'T CARE WHERE YOUR POOP COMES FROM LET ME TOUCH IT" and DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO said "oh yeah, I like it when you use that tone with me" [EPS] Sexy Dave joked "I wished my dad touched my taco" and DONTLETDADDYTOUCHMYTACO replied "maybe next year if you've been gooood" Joe said "DONT MAKE ME CUM UP THERE". kipper said "clown_down" once again. Joe made another comment, saying "DONT MAKE ME PUT SOUR CREAM IN YOUR TACO. CAUSE YOU'LL BE DRIPING SALSA FROM THERE FOR DAYS"

My brain just died a little.

On a serious note, first none of your screens are viewable. Second you never stated what he was doing in the first place that constitued griefing.

Though from what I was able to get from that wall of text was a few people got there panties in a bunch. It feels like alot of this is out of context to the whole situation.

See what the admins say. /shrug

      Hello, I was playing on the Chicago Surf maps server earlier, and there was a group of people abusing the !voteban command. They banned me twice, and I don't know how many other players they banned. The person who seemed to be leading the group, Cactic Cactus (http://steamcommunity.com/id/CacticCactus) Was repetitively !votebanning anyone who joined the server. After the 30 minute wait after I got banned the first time, then I joined again, and took a demo of it. They were !votebanning everyone who joined the server. I asked them why they votebanned me, and they wouldn't give a legitimate answer, they just said "Because we don't like you" and "Because you raped your own mother". I told them that I could get them banned, but they said they didn't care. Please dispense some justice on them.

      Players saying they're admins votebanning randoms

      I was on your server today and came across two people claiming they're admins (Gazellenaire and Atomic Spark, I did not see them in the Admin list, but it hasn't been updated in a while) votebanning random people in a server. When asked why I was being votebanned and if I was breaking any rules, Gazellenaire typed in the chat "Nah" and "We are admins." One of them also said over microphone it was for something along the lines of "Destroying his shit".

      And i didn't get a screenshot because they voteban players who join and are still in the "sendig Client Info" loading screen.
